Job Description
The Senior Analyst will be a part of the Procure to Pay team which is responsible for managing, implementing and solutioning of a technology portfolio working across multiple NBCU teams.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the solution delivery lifecycle for on-prem and SaaS applications working closely with peer Product Manager and Engineering teams. The key application this role will support is the NBCU’s enterprise-wide supplier onboarding SaaS application. The candidate will support the business’ technology needs and help facilitate all new deliveries by working on multiple or shifting priorities to document user stories, test cases, and support active testing of the new build to support the successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.
The candidate must be a strong communicator and will be responsible for partnering with the team to design guidance documentation and support user training when needed, including:
- Act as a technology liaison between stakeholders to understand business requirements for evolving regulations and translate requests into functional design specifications
- Independently conduct and drive business requirements & design related discussions and workshops
- Create design specifications using use case format, workflows, wireframes, modeling and related methods as needed
- Collaborate with business customers, internal IT teams, vendors, and 3rd party resources to effectively implement solutions and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide input on technical solutions and support end to end solution delivery
- Build effective relationships within a matrixed organization with other teams to support successful delivery of the product roadmap
- Create training documentation for new deliveries and conduct user training sessions/demos to support knowledge transfer and user adoption of system updates
- Ensure assignments and work are complete, accurately, and timely
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management IS or related quantitative fields, or relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of IT experience performing business analysis
- 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, user story documentation and solution recommendations
- 3-5 years working knowledge of procurement processes for indirect procurement and AP invoice processing
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC 6.0/4.7 R/3 enterprise version and SRM 7.04/7.0/5.0 versions (preferred)
- Expert level system troubleshooting experience, including MS Office tools, TIBCO, Acrobat, and DaaS OS and integration issues
- Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to identify flexible and forward-thinking IT solutions
- Experience using Jira, Confluence and/or Service Now/Freshdesk to ensure that all issues are recorded and comply with the issue management process
- Excellent written and oral communications – ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, both business and IT
- Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment
- Proficient using Microsoft Office 365
- Experience within media entertainment industry
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
