This is an integral role in the operational management of the Endoscopy business, working with all four leaders, which may involve competing priorities and requires very clear, precise communication. You will independently perform complex and diverse administrative duties and project support duties while taking a proactive approach to anticipate and meet the needs of the VP and senior staff members. Daily responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, expense submission, support of on-site or remote activities under the leadership of the Site Leaders, as well as complex support of varying Medtronic software systems.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage meeting logistics including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary;
- Managing calendars as delegated by the leaders, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters;
- Processing expense claims for all four leaders and their teams;
- Circulating contracts for signatures and invoices for payment;
- Supports ENDO org activities such as quarterly organizational calls, SharePoint site maintenance, team resources, monthly ENDO meeting;
- Assist leaders in managing timelines, deadlines and deliverables as needed;
- Support projects and initiatives as necessary for assigned leaders.
Must Haves
• Proven strong administrative and self-organization skills: a starter-finisher with persistence and attention to detail;
• Great verbal and written communication;
• Competent in using variety of IT systems and programs at the same time (MS Office, etc.).
