In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Graduates to join our Accounting Outsourcing team in Athens. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible. 

Please note that the working model for this position is flexible and may be hybrid or on-site, depending on the client's needs.

• Assist clients with statutory accounting requirements in accordance with Greek GAAP and IFRS.

• Support tax compliance efforts, including the preparation of various tax returns. 

• Collaborate on accounting tasks like bookkeeping and financial report preparation with team members. 

• Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations; assist with planning and filing activities. 

• Provide support to clients during audit processes. 

• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting procedures.

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience. 

• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written. 

• Familiar with ERP systems and Excel will be considered as an asset.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.

• A commitment to continuous learning and development. 

• Military services fulfilled for male candidates.
