We are seeking a Staff Accountant with a focus on Accounts Payable to join our finance team in an in-office capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate closely with colleagues, and expand your accounting expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do


Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily and weekly basis
Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and proper approval
Maintain vendor records and enter invoice data into the accounting system with precision
Assist with vendor payment processing while ensuring compliance with internal controls
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Collaborate with finance team members and support additional accounting functions as needed

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For


Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems
Basic understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with U.S. GAAP is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to support internal stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
