What You’ll Be Doing

The Manager of NC Service Center Operations will develop and oversee the required service center locations and personnel within a state that requires Intoxalock employees to install and maintain consumer equipment. This role will be known in state as a State Director / Coordinator, however this is a manager level role within the organization.  This position will be our point of contact for most of the state communications.

• Design and carry out physical location plan as required by statute and Intoxalock business needs 
• Recruit, onboard, certify and support a group of installation technicians which will require certain employees to travel across multiple locations on a weekly basis
• Monitor performance of appointment completion against requested schedules
• Act as the first level of contact for state inquiries
• Ability to complete installation and maintenance personally in the event of staff conflicts or absence
• Manage and monitor staff of in house and remote employees across an individual state
• Develop relationship with relevant state personnel and attorney's to positively influence business growth
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Associates degree preferred or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Technical experience specifically in automotive electrical systems
• Management experience with oversight direct line employees and supervisory staff of up to 25 people
• Ability to travel between locations as business dictates
• 1st call problem solving and conflict resolution experience
• High intellect with ability to understand complex rules, regulations and manage staff to strict standards as dictated by state law
• P&L experience and accountability
