Home Care Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Paducah, KY

The occupational therapist evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment, utilizes critical thinking skills and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree OT

· Professional license OT

· BLS Healthcare Provider

· One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

· Home Health experience preferred

Provides service in Southern Illinois, up to 24 hours per week available.
