Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. </p><p></p><p>Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Javelin Lightweight Command Launcher Unit (LWCLU) Test Equipment program.</p><p></p><p>This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona<i>.  </i>Travel up to 15% will be required.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for cost, schedule, planning and execution for all Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment activities. <span>This responsibility will cover multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, &amp; leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis. </span></li><li>Support development and reporting of accurate proposal costing efforts for future Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment efforts.</li><li><span>Lead a diverse team of multidisciplinary engineers.</span></li><li><span>Direct the activities of team members and across teams including providing technical guidance, direction, and act as a mentor to your staff.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications You Must Have</b></p><ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.</li><li>Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects</li><li>Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews</li><li>Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role</li><li>Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
