THE JOB:
Are you passionate about cooking and creating unforgettable experiences? Join our team as a Cook, where your culinary skills will shine, and become a culinary star in our next Main Kitchen!

THE STARTING RATE: $21.30 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain strong knowledge of food products, culinary techniques, and menu items, with a focus on presentation.

• Safely operate kitchen equipment, restock supplies, and properly label and date products to ensure safety and sanitation.

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service, including preparing base sauces, stocks, and soups.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prefer some kitchen experience or trade school or culinary program.
• Experience with a production kitchen, large volume and very repetitive work.
