Senior Full-Stack Engineer (UX Research & Design)

<h4><strong>About the Team</strong></h4> <p>The Product Development Workflows group supports a significant Miro use case and represents one of four key strategic pillars for our product organization.</p> <p>We are dedicated to making the work of cross-functional product teams easier, by bringing features to help with their day-to-day tasks to our collaborative environment.</p> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>As a Full-Stack Engineer you will help to significantly shape Miro’s Core product. You will have a high impact on the daily lives of 50M+ knowledge workers building phenomenal things and driving team alignment with our features!</p> <p>You will be working with Miro's leading initiatives to provide exceptional collaboration tools for agile teams, product developers, and UX professionals.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design, build and deliver world-class user experiences impacting millions of Miro users;</li> <li>Work multi-functionally in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment</li> <li>Partner with product managers, designers, and other team members to build high-quality, user-focused features that delight our customers</li> <li>Help the team maintain and improve the stability and maintainability of features within our domain </li> <li>Contribute to the team’s success by providing feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, sharing knowledge, and driving positive change</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience</li> <li>Proficiency in designing and delivering end-to-end features, involving both backend and frontend changes</li> <li>Frontend development: Javascript/Typescript with any modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc). Experience with React is a strong plus</li> <li>Backend development: expertise in any modern backend stack (Java, NodeJs, Python, Go, etc).
