Payroll Senior Specialist
Location: Milan
 

What you'll get to do

The ideal candidates will join our HR team, directly reported to the Director, and he/she will be responsible for the overall payroll and administration process. 

 

Functions and Responsibilities:
•    Responsability on the payroll process: monthly attendance collection, collaboration with the payroll office and payroll check 
•    Support to the HR Director for the annual budget and forecast analysis 
•    Support to the HR Director for the entire employees lifecycle 
•    Drafting of the employment contract and management of the termination of the employment relationship
•    Employee management in p.iva (Enasarco)
•    Reconciliation of personnel costs
•    Accident/illness and maternity/paternity management
•    Support for administrative activities of all internal employees (payslips, TFR, medical visits, trainings, funds…)

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Education: Bachelor degree

Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken). Other languages will be considered as a plus.
