Workday Project Manager

- 1 year contract position- 2 to 3 days on-site

Duties

• Perform hands-on integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed.
• Consultant will be involved in ongoing support activities that include dealing with defects, new enhancements, and optimization projects. They will work with client teams to resolve and address these items.
• Support report development and data conversion as related to the integration scope of work.
• Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading Workday HCM projects.
• At least 1 end to end Workday HCM project.
• Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM certified is a plus.
• Needs to have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end user teams and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience working with one or more functional HCM areas (to support integration development).
• High-level understanding of the Workday integration (with other systems / applications) architecture.
