About the role

ADP is hiring a Global Senior Data Security Analyst!

Are you ready to help us design the future-state to secure our Data?

Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?

As a Sr. Security Data Analyst, you will join a highly skilled and focused Global Security team who provide excellent data protection services over the ADP Network platform and across ADP company assets. We protect sensitive ADP client and company data throughout the data life cycle. Responsibilities include protecting the company and client data from exploitation or misuse, influencing and partnering with the Network engineering teams to develop, deploy, and maintain network security controls and services that protect ADP’s network infrastructure and traffic. You will also bring a strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to tell stories and surface insights that improve decision-making, compliance, and the overall security posture.

The ideal candidate possesses a combination of network security expertise and data reporting/analysis skills. You should be comfortable working with security principles (focus on network/firewall), infrastructure, and data protection practices while also being highly skilled in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), SQL, and other reporting tools. The ability to transform ad hoc data requests into repeatable dashboards, uncover patterns through analysis, and clearly communicate findings to technical and business audiences will distinguish you. Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail are essential as you analyze complex data sets, identify weak controls or policy gaps, and engineer relevant mitigating controls.

The initial focus for this role will be on strengthening network security layers (web security, access control, and cloud security), while also building out reporting and metrics capabilities that give leadership visibility into policy exceptions, compliance levels, and risk trends. Once properly onboarded, this role will evolve to support DLP, Zero Trust Network Access, and SaaS/third-party partner integrations — all while raising the maturity of reporting and governance activities that continuously monitor and improve ADP’s security posture.
