Role Description:

The Manager, Capital Delivery will be accountable and responsible for contract oversight, management, administration, and technical direction for multiple concurrent Architectural or Engineering (AE), Construction, and Collaborative Delivery contracts. The position is responsible for leading, supervising, and developing a team of project/program management and direct report staff to deliver the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and provide Operation on-demand support. The position may serve as the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for Engineering CIP Projects and/or Lifecycle Project Manager for various/multiple Collaborative Project Delivery (CPD) projects. The position is expected to carry out assignments independently, to include interpreting policies and regulations and coordinating work with others.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties within the scope of the practice of engineering (POE) will be performed under the responsible charge of a District of Columbia licensed PE as defined in D.C. Official Code Section 47–2853.131 and are respectively identified.
