In this critical role, you will directly influence key business metrics and help define how our most dedicated global users engage with our platform. You will be working directly with a number of cross-functional partners from Product, Design, Data Science teams, influencing our business and annual recurring revenue growth direction. Your team will own mission-critical systems across key areas, including:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Subscription Value Proposition: </strong>Collaborating with Product to define the roadmap for subscriptions on Roblox, building innovative features, and partnering across teams to deliver maximum value to our subscriber community.</li> <li><strong>Subscription Billing: </strong>Leading full lifecycle management and feature execution for recurring billing, delivering a seamless purchasing, upgrade, and subscription management experience across all platforms.</li> <li><strong>Subscribers Growth &amp; Retention: </strong>Executing key initiatives to expand the subscriber user base while strengthening long-term user retention.</li> <li><strong>Operational Observability: </strong>Developing comprehensive telemetry, monitoring, and dashboards to surface real-time insights into system health, success metrics, latency, and operational performance across all channels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leadership and Tech Experience:&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>
