Our unique financial model has allowed us to thrive in this dynamic environment, and we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Financial Analyst to support this growth by providing critical financial guidance and analysis to our physicians and leadership team.

Position Overview:

The Healthcare Financial/Business Analyst will play a key role in helping our physicians and leadership make informed financial decisions. This position involves analyzing financial performance, projecting breakeven dates for newly hired physicians, and providing data-driven financial guidance to ensure their success. The analyst will work closely with physicians to understand their financial challenges and opportunities, offering recommendations on how to optimize performance based on historical trends and best practices.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of individual physicians, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Project breakeven dates for newly hired physicians based on historical trends and data.
• Develop financial models to guide physicians in achieving their financial targets and improving overall performance.
• Identify potential financial pitfalls and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with upper management and physicians to discuss financial outcomes and develop actionable plans.
• Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to key stakeholders, including physicians and executive leadership.
• Stay updated on healthcare finance trends and provide insights to optimize the organization’s financial health.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in healthcare financial analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to both physicians and senior management.
• Strong personality with the ability to consult and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Knowledge of healthcare economics, provider compensation models, and relevant regulations.
