Chowning Square Apartments, a highly rated community in Nashville, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained home.

What You’ll Do

• Complete general apartment maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and systems repairs
• Handle service requests quickly and professionally
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
• Maintain community buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal required
• 2+ years apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25lbs
