** You will primarily be working out of our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV**

What Will You Be Doing?

• Audit and correct sales and spare part orders in SalesForce or NAV.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor hardware delivery dates and identify missed installations.
• Ensure outgoing orders are complete and accurate.
• Understand hardware terms and research part BOMs.
• Report and document errors.
• Implement improvements in order fulfillment.
• Train manufacturing staff on order procedures.
• Use inventory systems for accurate record-keeping.

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Primarily 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, in-person at Everi Post Rd, with occasional overtime or trave1 (Locally).
• 2+ years of field tech experience with Everi's equipment.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in desktop computing and applications like NAV, SalesForce, Agile, and Jira.
• Understands basic hardware terms and diagrams.
• Strong communication for reporting errors.
• Experience with inventory management and tracking systems.
• Able to train and guide staff on order procedures.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 - $29/per hour and is overtime eligible.
