About the role

Job Description

As a Senior Manager, DEI Community Engagement, you will implement a comprehensive Americas strategy for our Business Resource Groups and our External Strategic Partnerships. You will be the Business Resource Group (BRG) ambassador, ensuring agreement and integration of BRG strategic plans and programming and all efforts are aligned with our overall equity strategy. You will report to the SVP, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion who will help set objectives, design programming, and work with partners across all brands, practices, and markets to implement a holistic strategy inclusive of all our communities.

You will be onsite at our New York city office.

You Will:

  • Responsible for the application, election, and training of BRG leads, tracking and delivery of important projects
  • Meet with BRG leads and BRG members to communicate priorities, agree on progress, ensure collaboration, and build relationships.
  • Collaborate, consult, and partner with BRG leaders, Learning & Development, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Foster empathy and listen to community concerns while safeguarding safe spaces.
  • Identify and address progress and issues, providing insights to enhance business understanding.
  • Develop processes/trackers/tools for events, communications, and important moments, and communicating with partner teams.
  • Manage and enhance BRG membership database, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Manage the implementation of strategic events, oversee budget approval processes, and coordinate external sponsorship programs. Additionally, coordinate multiple activities, including events, conferences, and meetings, with a focus on implementing annual cultural heritage and milestone events such as Black History Month, Women's History Month, LGBTQIA Pride Month, Diwali.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of progressive work experience in DEI, HR, Talent Acquisition or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years diversity and inclusion experience with demonstrated business results working with employee networks.
  • Experience building people strategies and designing data-driven programs while managing budgets.
  • Demonstrated awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, and other differences that make our people unique.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-126,500. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
