We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Lead Accounts Receivable Representative to support our Specialty Billing team.

In this role, the Lead Accounts Receivable Representative will help guide the daily workflow within specialty billing, with a focus on workers’ compensation and third‑party liability accounts. Along with performing the full scope of Accounts Receivable Representative responsibilities, this position provides day‑to‑day support to staff, helps oversee work processes, and ensures accuracy and efficiency within their assigned area.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

  • Starting wage $21.15 + more for experience

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days with ability to work outside of business hours due to departmental needs

  • Location: Hybrid eligible role after training, with expectation to travel onsite to Onalaska, WI occasionally

  • Department: Specialty billing

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 3-4 years of Accounts Receivable Representative experience

  • Strong comfortable service skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong knowledge of third-party payors and billing systems
