<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Our private equity consulting team serves financial and strategic investors as a trusted partner, bringing profound industrial and functional expertise to transactions and value creation projects. As senior consultant or project manager, you will support the investment decisions of private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and identify the most important levers to realize a company's (hidden) value.</p><p>To support businesses in making the right investment decisions, you will analyze markets and companies, interview functional experts, determine the true value of a target company, and create equity stories to enhance the exit value. You will help the team provide a holistic approach for commercial and operational due diligences as well as for value creation programs for portfolio companies.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Taking the lead in commercial due diligence projects or larger modules</li><li>Leading teams of typically 3-5 consultants</li><li>Serving as direct client contact and leading presentations during client meetings</li><li>Working closely with industry experts at Roland Berger</li><li>Contributing to Roland Berger’s wider network of private equity consulting and investor support</li><li>Contributing to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work</li><li>Participating in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector</li></ul><p><strong>Who we seek</strong></p><p>At Roland Berger, we look for people who are genuinely interested in our clients and their challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and want to work hard to deliver the highest quality.
