What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:
The Health Center Office Coordinator performs comprehensive administrative functions and administrative duties requiring self-direction, judgment, and knowledge of policies. This position works independently and provides guidance and supervision to other administrative staff. This position ensures assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compiles and processes payroll for the cost center.
- Coordinates and maintains department supply inventory.
- Creates and maintains clinic schedules.
- Serves as liaison between management staff and other departments and individuals.
- Acts as a resource to customers and manages incoming calls for the department.
- Establishes and maintains up-to-date files, records, and systems.
- Provides day- to-day operational guidance.
- Takes and distributes minutes.

- Full-Time
- Potential Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What you’ll need as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:
- Currently not sponsoring for work visa.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes or ability to work with financial data.
- Knowledge of medical terminology not required, but preferred.
- Reliable transportation required. Light travel may be required.
