Senior Manager, Enterprise Data and Analytics Services

Superlanet is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Services for a well-known Northern California healthcare client. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role with an onsite expectation.

This role leads enterprise data engineering, analytics, and operational reporting teams supporting a large, complex academic healthcare environment. The Senior Manager owns delivery of governed, scalable analytics capabilities and partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams responsible for data engineering, enterprise analytics, and reporting

• Directly lead the Data Engineering team, including staffing, performance management, and prioritization

• Oversee enterprise analytics platforms, including Databricks, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines

• Support data management, analytics, and data governance strategy and execution

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align analytics solutions with business needs

• Establish roadmaps, governance processes, and operational support models

• Provide executive-level status reporting, forecasts, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years in enterprise analytics, reporting, or data platforms

• 3+ years leading teams or complex initiatives

• Experience leading data engineering teams and analytics platforms (Databricks)

• Strong healthcare IT and stakeholder leadership experience
