What You’ll Do as an RN Clinical Manager:

• Deliver Compassionate Care: Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans for geriatric clients in Marlborough, MA, and surrounding areas.
• Lead & Support: Supervise and guide Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other field staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Onboard & Educate: Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training and in-services to support field staff.
• Coordinate Client Care: Act as the central point of communication between clients, field staff, and clinicians, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
