Founders Office - Product

Join our high-energy team and play a pivotal role in driving our rapid growth and expansion. Your mission in this role will be to help Varun - our co-founder & CPO and the product leadership be more productive and successful. You will be instrumental in achieving key priorities, leading special projects, providing project support, and acting as the first line of defence for multiple endeavours.

What will you be doing?

• Rhythm of Execution: Define and execute it including leadership meetings, BU reviews, quarterly functional reviews, next step execution etc.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects, OKRs, and KPIs to ensure efficient execution and alignment across diverse teams. 
• Decision Proxy: Act as a trusted thought partner critical decision making, goal setting and problem solving
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of processes that enhance the overall efficiency of the product function.  
• Hiring: Collaborate in hiring critical roles and prioritize items for the CPO, ensuring top-notch quality in all aspects.
• CPO Branding & Communication SPOC: Partner with marketing to develop strategic messaging for CPO - internally and externally.

Requirements

What skills do you need?

1. Be extremely data and fact driven!
2. Be a hacker! Not necessarily who can hack code but hack your way through any problem using first principles.
3. You should possess at least 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, problem-solving, or a similar role. At least last 2 years in B2B SaaS.
4. Super hands while solving problems and figuring out how tech, excel, code, gen AI can solve problems faster.
5. Display high levels of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
6. Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies will be an asset.
7. Demonstrate a track record of successfully juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
8. Be flexible in adapting to evolving priorities and the dynamic needs of the organization.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
10. B2B SaaS experience

Bonus

• Startup or Tech Experience: Previous experience in startups or tech companies will be considered a plus.
• Customer facing roles: If you have prior experience working closely with C-suite executives, it would be an added advantage.
• Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with agile development principles and frameworks will be beneficial.
