Job Description

This role will support the agile and high performance transformation efforts for the Motion Control organization. In this role, the Agile Transformation Manager will develop, maintain, and deploy the Rockwell Automation Agile delivery model along with improving throughput, development quality, and predictability. This position will report directly to the Director, High Performance Organization & Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Promote the success of Agile in the Motion Control organization by engaging leaders and stakeholders and providing progress reports to leaders on Agile adoption, blockers, and successes
- Support Agile Transformation roles: onboarding and training including ownership of guidelines for transitioning Agile delivery teams
- Support Agile Transformation teams by providing coaching, strategic guidance, issue resolution, and thought leadership
- Provide support to the Agile teams, ensuring that initiatives are on track, are appropriately resourced, and risks and issues are appropriately managed
- Establish and monitor key metrics that support deployment of Agile methodology, throughput, and enablement.
- Develop and implement mitigations for any underperforming metrics.
- Develop and implement policies and programs as necessary to support Agile expansion and a high performance organization
The Essentials- What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred- You May Also Have:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering or Technology discipline, or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 8 years of experience in program/project management capacity, systems integration, or new product development
- Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Engineering Tools, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Experience in managing complex projects/initiatives
- Agile certifications
- Knowledge of digital design architectures, microprocessor-based design, and embedded systems.
