Policy Team Coordinator (Independence Title - Main Office)

Independence Title in the Austin Area, Texas (Main Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Policy Team Coordinator.  Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The Policy Team Coordinator is responsible for:

Adhering to all Company rules, regulations and Best Practices Policies, as well as all escrow policies and procedures in the Texas Title Insurance Basic Manual (“Basic Manual”).

• Handling Policy Dept. projects
• Providing policy reporting and remitting back up
• Assisting with underwriter policy inventory audits
• Providing support and handling escrow email questions in the near future
• Consistently providing back up for policy staff, as requested, with the following:
  • Assist with typing policies, pulling policy jackets, scanning policies, emailing and mailing policies with cover letters, and processing HOI submissions, all while reviewing for accuracy and meeting or exceeding production goals
• Productive communication and working well with team members
• Providing good customer service, at all times, for both internal and external clients
• Must be available to work from 8am – 5pm, with one hour lunch, Monday – Friday. Position is at main office in Austin

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 3 years or more of escrow experience (with title company) is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Proficiency at an intermediate level of Word and Excel is required
• Prior RamQuest experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work from 8am – 5pm, with one hour lunch, Monday – Friday. Position is at main office in Austin. This is not a work remote position.
• Microsoft Suite proficient
