Job Description
As the Manager of Account Management with Authenticx, you will report to the SVP of Revenue and be a leader within our Sales organization. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a small team of Account Managers responsible for supporting our enterprise healthcare clients
- Ensuring that revenue retention and revenue growth goals are achieved for client accounts
- Acting as the critical point of contact for clients and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients
- Ensuring all contracted commitments are carried out and delivered by responsible functional areas within Authenticx AND by clients
- Managing the financial performance of accounts and owning client renewals and account strategies
- Collaborating with outbound Sales Manager, Marketing, Client Strategy, Product Innovation, and other teams to enhance client accounts and adjust, iterate and improve Authenticx's overall go-to-market strategies
- Partnering with HR on recruiting, compensation, retention, training and development, etc.
Qualifications
Who is our ideal Manager of Account Management?
You have experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales and/or account management role and achieving established goals related to sales quotas, client retention, and/or revenue growth. You have led high-performance teams, built strategic relationships with clients to identify new opportunities within an account, and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of B2B account management experience in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
- 1+ year of experience leading sales and/or account management teams
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
- Documented track record of account management and/or sales success against KPIs and quotas
- Experience working for and/or supporting large, matrixed, enterprise clients
- Experience selling and/or supporting sophisticated enterprise software with long and complex sales cycles
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Additional Information
- This is a hybrid on-site (Indianapolis northside) and remote/virtual position.
- You must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Minimal travel is expected.
