Neste’s Communications team is responsible for external and internal communications, as well as business area communications.

We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to lead demanding communications projects and tasks in our international setting. You bring solid expertise in corporate communications, with a special focus on strengthening internal communications and driving employee engagement. This full-time permanent position is based in Espoo, Neste’s headquarters. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications.

Key tasks in this role:

• Internal storytelling: Strategically design and implement engaging internal communications and campaigns that connect our global employees to the company vision, values, and strategic priorities.

• Communications partner: Provide proactive, high-level communications support to senior leaders and teams, enhancing their communications effectiveness 

• Digital platform stewardship: Create and curate compelling content across various internal communications platforms.

• Cross-functional projects: Lead, support and/or contribute to key corporate events and cross-team communications and change projects, ensuring communications alignment and seamless delivery
  
  

Keys to success in this role:

• Relevant academic degree (e.g. Master’s degree in communications)

• About 10 years of experience in communications 

• Strong project management skills and experience in leading communications projects  

• Ability to communicate, cooperate, and interact comfortably on multiple organizational levels in an international environment

• Curious mindset to test and use new technologies and tools, such as AI

• A collaborative, proactive, hands-on, and energetic approach to work coupled with a flexible, positive, and responsible attitude

• Safety-oriented mindset

• Excellent writing skills

• Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential
