JOB POSITION

Carelon is seeking for an Associate Finance Jr who will add value to its finance team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of external financial statements and all related filings.
• Primary duties may include, but not limited to:
• Handling reconciliations, refunds and other billing system activities.
• Prepares financial statements using the general ledger system and specific financial statement preparation software and analyzes results.
• Assists with responses to government and/or regulatory agencies requests and questions.
• Participates in the evaluation of anticipated transactions and assists with implementing changes to the financial statements and related disclosures, including the impact on risk-based capital.
• Requires B.COM/MBA degree in Accounting or Finance; 0-1+ years of related accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience in accounting, which provides an equivalent background.
• Good communication - Both written and spoken English - Ability to understand and articulate.
• Good comprehension and interpretation skills - English Language
• Good logical thinking ability
• Should have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / PPT)

QUALIFICATION

• B. Com/MBA in accounting, finance, or related field

EXPERIENCE

• 0-1 Year of experience in accounting/GL & reporting
