What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and apartment turnovers
• Handle after-hours emergency calls as needed
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
