BioLegend (a division of Revvity, Inc.) is looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Implementation Project Manager to oversee, execute and manage a large-scale ERP replacement project. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a seasoned leader capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring a successful end-to-end implementation of a Dynamics 365 ERP solution in a validated life sciences environment. This role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence the successful outcome of this exciting implementation project. This is a full-time position in our San Diego office.

• In close partnership with the BioLegend IT Director, the BioLegend Enterprise Systems Manager and the implementation services provider, manage a comprehensive implementation project plan, related timelines and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with all BioLegend team members and key stakeholders to analyze requirements, continuously clarify project scope, manage configuration and establish clear deliverables and milestones.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including implementation services consultants, BioLegend development/configuration resources, business process owners, functional subject matter experts and other key stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Act as a liaison between technical, business and vendor teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
• Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to IT Director, key stakeholders, project working committee and project steering committee members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.

• Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on project objectives and timelines.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, overseeing successful ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Extensive knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team
