Job Description
In order to continue on our growth path, we’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist EMEA to join our team. As an integral member of the Momentus Marketing team, this highly talented individual will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Events team to drive the execution and success of the marketing plan in the key EMEA markets – Germany, United Kingdom, France and Middle-East region.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of the target segments, audiences, key messaging, competitive differentiation, product capabilities, and regional differences in EMEA.
- Support comprehensive demand and lead generation, nurture marketing plans and engagement strategy that crosses the digital-to-physical divide.
- Communicate regional sales needs and collaborate with the content team on both educational and sales enablement collateral (blogs, infographics, e-books, video scripts, sales decks, brochures, emails, etc.) that leverage decision-maker/influencer insights to match messaging with top priority pain points/needs.
- Identify and target your campaign personas to optimize their customer journeys and deliver the right message at the right time for the right region.
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive growth in EMEA market and help plan the Go-To-Market strategy.
- Manage and coordinate content and campaign translations and adjust to regional needs in Germany and France in collaboration with external translators.
- Be proactive in evaluating campaign performance, feed insights back into the team and adjust strategy as needed for optimal conversion rates and engagement.
- In partnership with the events team coordinate pre and post event communication and organization as well as event engagement strategy and presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, campaigns, communications, demand and lead generation.
- Fluent in English, German and preferably French.
- Ability to understand regional differences and needs and tailer campaigns, communication and activities to different markets in EMEA.
- Strategic thinker with hands on mentality, preferably with direct experience in B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in driving meaningful engagement through marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet established deadlines.
- Experience partnering with teams across departments to manage relationships with various partners and accomplish objectives.
