Patient Profile: 53-Year-Old Female, Visually Impaired (Blind)
Location: Pinellas Park
Schedule:

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Every Other Weekend Required)

• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Total Hours: 6 Hours/Day (Split Shift), 18 Hours/Week + Every Other Weekend
   

  Job Description:
  We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide non-medical, unskilled support for a 53-year-old blind female patient who lives independently and thrives with a consistent caregiver. The ideal candidate will assist the patient with daily routines and appointments while maintaining a high level of dignity, safety, and companionship.

• Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and Federal regulations
• CPR
• Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
• TB test showing a negative result
