How will you make an impact in this role?
The Team Leader in Commercial Card Operations is primarily responsible for day-to-day coaching and effective team and change management. Leaders motivate employees servicing Small Business customers to drive Customer First, engagement and product value to deepen loyalty. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions quickly
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to influence decisions and drive change
Proven track record of driving extraordinary Customer Service
Excellent Coaching and negotiation skills
Personal Accountability
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills
Innovative Mindset
Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift and or weekends (Shifts will vary based on business needs.)
Ability to analytically decipher data
Demonstrated ability to champion customer issues while maintaining support for AMEX
Reliable – Self Starter who can work independently and as a team-player
Change agent/Resilient
Preferred Qualifications:
People Leader experience: Leading, Coaching and Developing high performing teams is preferred
Prior experience working in Small Business Servicing preferred
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
