KBR is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher for Mesoscale Modeling.

The position involves mesoscale modeling and simulation related to applications in synthetic polymers, biological systems, and other materials. The candidate will work with a diverse set of researchers from background ranging from molecular simulations, density functional theory, and systems biology.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• 3 years’ experience in Mesoscale modeling of materials and biological systems
• 3 years’ experience in Programming

Basic Compensation:

$87,800 - $92,300

This range is for the California area only

 

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

 

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
