Job Location:       Riverwoods, IL 

Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Develops advanced analytics solutions including customer segmentation, optimization, test & design of experiments and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering (any), Information Systems Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following skillsets: 1. SQL or Python for data processing; 2. Excel for data organization, summary, and visualization; 3. Performing data analysis, including data mining, statistical analysis, value extraction, and predictive analysis to solve business problems; 4. Statistics, modeling, and their application in analytics; 5. Designing hypothesis testing, classification, and performance investigation; 6. Using statistical tools and techniques to identify business performance patterns, trend, and troubleshooting; 7. Communicating business performance to different stakeholders; 8. Working in cross-functional teams.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $102,500.00 to $143,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
