Then apply now, we are looking forward to meeting you! </p><p><strong>DO WHAT YOU LOVE</strong></p><ul><li><p>You develop a deep understanding of our customers’ pricing needs and business objectives to effectively translate them into product requirements and strategies </p></li><li><p>You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and engineers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements </p></li><li><p>You work closely with your product team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration </p></li><li><p>You lead the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the success of product features and identify areas for optimization </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>COME AS YOU ARE</strong></p><ul><li><p>You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field </p></li><li><p>You have experience working as a Product Owner or similar role in the software development industry, preferably in pricing systems or related domains. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance </p></li><li><p>You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization </p></li><li><p>You have experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with agile software development methodologies </p></li><li><p>You speak English fluently - German is not a must </p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About the department:</strong><br/>Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here.
