Overview:
Excella's Contracts Department is seeking a full time Senior Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of contract functions. Responsibilities include data entry of commercial, federal, and non-profit contract details, running reports and updating information in contract management system and other databases, and assisting with contracts negotiation and signature process. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like exposure to service contracts, sales process, pre and post award contractual operations, and project lifecycle within a growing high-tech firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support negotiation of and administer all aspects of contracts from proposal to close-out phase.
- Review proposal documents for compliance with Solicitation Instructions, complete Representations and Certifications, and inclusions of contractual risk mitigation language. Inform leadership of any contractual concerns in the proposal and provide recommendations for revisions.
- Support more complex bids with that may require integrating proposals from subcontractors and other potential vendors.
- Part of centralized function that processes contracts (signatures, copies, uploading to various drives, data entry, communication, reconciliation, etc.).
- Provide assistance, guidance and training to other company organizations (primarily Sales/Marketing and Account Management).
- Create, maintain and manage central customer contract files to promote effective contract and subcontract management.
- Perform administrative functions such as document scanning, distribution, and electronic filing.
- Manage high volume of emails and requests and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Work on various ad hoc projects, report running, etc.
