SVP, Revenue Operations - Customer Advocacy Leader

As the SVP, Revenue Operations - Customer Advocacy Leader, you will manage all revenue operations accounts, and collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions. Assess the current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes. Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.
Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.
Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy
Qualifications/Requirements:
10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
Travel Required

Qualifications
Education Required
Masters or better in Business Administration or related field.
Masters or better in Health Administration or related field.
MBA, MHA, or MPH

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $250,000-$295,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
