<h3>About Octave</h3> <p>Octave is a modern mental health practice that offers both in-person and virtual therapy. We focus on making high-quality care more accessible and affordable by partnering with insurance providers. Our goal is to support clients and clinicians with a system built on equity, effectiveness, and sustainability.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>Octave is seeking to partner with existing group practices in Illinois <strong>(Chicagoland area)</strong>,<strong> </strong>that want to provide excellent mental health care, in-person. As an Octave partner, your team will join a supportive community of clinicians focused on client-centered, evidence-based therapy. </p> <p>At Octave, we take care of all backend operations so your clinicians can focus on providing care. Our team manages credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals. This allows your clinicians to focus primarily on seeing the clients we connect them with and completing session documentation, removing the administrative burden from your group practice.</p> <p>Your providers will support adult clients managing stress, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. We emphasize evidence based practices such as CBT and DBT with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care. </p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.</li> <li>Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT.</li> <li>Offer culturally responsive care.</li> <li>See clients virtually and/or in person (you must have your own office space to hold in-person sessions).</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications for Group Practices</h3> <ul> <li>Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians who would be joining Octave.</li> <li>Required to have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services (within the market we're hiring in).</li> <li>All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers).</li> <li>Licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD).</li> <li>Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.</li> <li>At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred).</li> <li>Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar.</li> <li>Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment.</li> <li>Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.</li> </ul> <h3>Octave's Company Values: </h3> <p>The below values drive our day-to-day operations.<
