The Facilities Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling site maintenance activities and site shipping and receiving activities.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong safety performance.

 

During your time as a Facilities Maintenance Scheduler, you will…
 

• Maintain  the site equipment files and preventive maintenance program.
• Serves as the primary resource for the Computerized Maintenance Management System, SAP, utilization and the maintenance of all related databases.
• Coordinates maintenance work order (MWO) system within SAP and Intranet based customer requests, processing of MWOs and customer requests and provides overall work control to ensure maximum utilization of internal craft and contractor labor.
• Develops and maintains a current backlog summary of maintenance repairs and PM/Predictive Maintenance inspections due.
• Issues the daily and weekly maintenance schedule
• Responsible for lab/building communication of maintenance, service interruption or utility outage
• Coordinates external contractor work including work proposals and scheduling
• Orders materials for internal repairs
• Serves as point of contact for site shipping and receiving activities
• Assuring standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high-performance team-based organization.
• Perform Work Permitting process and contractor site specific training and oversight
• Results oriented, dependable, and safety conscious.

 

If you have…

 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in a maintenance environment
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Experience that demonstrates strong behaviors in safety and environmental performance
• 1-2 years of experience with SAP systems
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance processes
• Experience with safe work permitting and lock out tag out
