Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s), and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Operates

as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Finance or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: SQL, Oracle, SAS, or Python programming languages; Customer segmentation in SQL, SAS, Python or R; Data management and controls using Tableau, Apache Airflow, AIR9, and Archer GRC; Designing and launching A/B test in marketing channels; Perform statistical procedures including t-test, correlation, descriptive statistics, and retrogression; Campaign management in email, web, or paid media channels.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715 to $177,300. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
