About the Role: 

CrowdStrike is seeking a Privacy Law Intern to support the Privacy team on privacy legal issues within CrowdStrike’s global operations and cross-functional initiatives supporting global privacy compliance.

Location: This internship will be hybrid based out of our Sunnyvale, CA office

What You’ll Do: 

• Drafting and revising privacy forms, templates, notices, and process documentation used in CrowdStrike’s internal operations.

• Reviewing and analyzing existing privacy documentation, conducting gap analyses, and assisting with updates as privacy laws and internal practices evolve.

• Supporting the development of internal privacy training and guidance for business teams, which includes becoming familiar with applicable global privacy and AI legal frameworks to inform content and educational materials.

What You’ll Need:

• Pursuing a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school having completed two years

• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to apply legal concepts to practical business contexts.

• Ability to approach legal issues with curiosity and creativity to develop workable, business-focused solutions.

• Must be a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective team player with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.

Bonus Points: 

• Familiarity with using AI-powered tools to improve research, drafting, or workflow efficiency.

• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global privacy principles.
