As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment projects, developing successful sourcing strategies, offering the highest quality business advisory and candidate experience.
You will join a global team, and the role is based in Poland, but will require supporting recruitment projects for Euroclear across the globe. The role is a hybrid working arrangement - working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, although more than this may be required from time to time for effective collaboration with the team and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage global end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending and offer terms preparation and negotiation for candidates for all levels, including entry-level, experienced professionals, IT, support staff, and possibly management and act as a subject matter expert on recruiting trends, inclusion in recruitment practices, market dynamics and competitive recruiting practices.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine their hiring needs and support them in placing talents for their teams.
- Align stakeholder expectations with company values and situational context.
- Support and champion company’s recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract talent by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through social media channels.
- Place ads in suitable sources, including online and print media.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment processes and statistics.
- Recruit from colleges, technical schools, and job fairs.
- Contribute to designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Apply HR best practices and lead recruitment projects.
- Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Determine future personnel needs with line management.
- Implement recruitment programs to meet needs.
- Coordinate internal candidate movements and re-deployments.
- Supervise administrative tasks and record relevant information for new employees.
- Participate in divisional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure excellence in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven strong in-house recruiting experience, preferably in IT/Finance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong business relationships, even remotely. Ability to fully immerse oneself in order to deeply understand the complex business models.
- Working in large, global, and matrixial organization.
- Ability to conduct various interview types, including Competency Based Interviews.
- Hands-on experience with selection processes.
- Excellent communication, inclusive interpersonal, listening and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Recruitment project management skills: excellent planning skills with the focus on prioritizing. Getting-things-done mindset.
- Fluent English.
