At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Build boldly with a legal seat at the table that directly moves complex construction work forward. As Boldt’s Associate Counsel (Contracts), you’ll provide 100% transactional support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and project-based agreements (no litigation), partnering closely with the business to solve real-time deal and execution needs. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role reporting to Senior Counsel, intentionally designed for an attorney who enjoys hands-on, high-volume contract work, values autonomy, and wants meaningful day-to-day impact over a traditional firm or corporate ladder. You’ll join a 100% employee-owned company driven by purpose and values where trust, collaboration, and doing the right thing shape how we work and how we show up for customers and communities.
