Cutover has an exciting opportunity for a SaaS B2B marketer to take on our Field Marketing initiatives in North America. This highly visible role is embedded in our Growth Marketing team and will work side-by-side with the regional sales team to identify, execute, track, and optimise our field initiatives to support the new business acquisition.
What will you be doing as Field Marketing Manager
- Executing our regional demand generation initiatives to increase awareness of the Cutover brand, drive engagement within target accounts and generate new business opportunities
- Reporting to VP of Growth with a dotted line to the Field Marketing Director, you will work alongside them and the VP of Sales on events, trade shows, webinars, email nurture and use case specific campaigns
- Handling all events and webinars logistics, including creating abstracts, landing pages, email comms cadences, recordings and sourcing speakers
- Liaising with the wider marketing to provide effective sales enablement support pre/post online and offline campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and conversion from the regional activities
- Track and evaluating the performance and ROI of NA marketing initiatives in collaboration with the operations team
- Researching local markets and monitoring competitors trends in order to identify field marketing opportunities that drive new business
- Supporting on organising company internal events, customer related initiatives, and swag for customers and partners
- Acting as a trusted advisor for the NA market for internal and external stakeholders
- Traveling for onsite event/trade shows management and business development meetings to support the regional team
What we'd like you to bring to the table…
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced regional NA field marketing role in the B2B enterprise tech/software space, preferably within Financial Services
- Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
- Proven ability to support regional sales teams as well as build and execute offline and online demand generation campaigns that drive results
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, and a demonstrable experience in partnering up with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver programs
- In-depth understanding of how to use events, webinars, email, ads, website and social media in an overall demand creation approach
- A self-starter, critical, strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills who is a team player and high performer
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot is a must, with Webflow is a plus

Target compensation package: $125,000 - $135,000 base, 10% bonus, + s
