Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

• Management of the process within the Enva Greenogue Packaging operations to maximise throughput and minimise process downtime and reduce R&M costs, deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction. Manage and assist general operatives on daily production KPI & tasks whilst ensuring the process lines meet daily targets and process efficiency is maximised.
• Ensure all products are produced and dispatched within specification as per customer requirements quality assured whilst maintaining a good clean safe working environment ensuring compliance of associated standards and business licence.
•  Manage the Packaging General Operative team and be accountable for the delivery of team objectives, managing priorities and ensuring that individual, team, and company objectives are achieved by creating a high performing and adaptable team ensuring the team has been trained appropriately and signed off as per task.
•  Planning, controlling, and reporting of ongoing process operations to the requirements of the business manager and to ensure continuity of process to meet forecast intake maximise recovered fractions and provide senior management with ongoing clear and concise daily throughput figures Vs agreed KPI targets.
•  Accurately manage and ensure that the targeted budget for the business unit is attainable and achieved whilst reporting and implementing continuous process improvements.
• On an ongoing basis manage all aspects of Safety and Compliance within the Packaging operations.  Support the development of Business Operations Procedures and ensure the use of these on an ongoing basis ensuring compliance in maintained in all areas.
•  Maximise internal treatment capabilities and the value of all outputs generated from internal treatment processes.

• Demonstrable experience in an “Operative” environment. 
• Production or Manufacturing background is advantageous
• Leadership or Management experience - advantageous
• Health and safety awareness & knowledge
