About the role

Vcheck is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic NYC team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our global operations by ensuring smooth workflows, high data quality, and exceptional client experiences. This is a fully onsite position based out of our office in Chelsea!

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with Investigations Leadership, Customer Success, and Sales teams to streamline daily operations.  
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry in our CRM (Salesforce) and project management platform (Jira), including order details, sales data, client information, and outsourcing costs.  
• Manage project timelines, assign work to the Quality Control and Investigations teams, and adapt schedules as needed.  
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.  
• Translate data into actionable insights for key stakeholders across the business.  
• Assist the Customer Success team in managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.  
• Conduct initial research on due diligence subjects using public records, commercial databases, and media outlets.  
• Champion data quality and consistency across all operational processes.  
• Performs other duties as assigned 

About you

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in International Relations/Affairs, Political Science, Journalism, Business, Communications, or other related areas of study.  
• 1-2 years of professional experience in related fields is preferred.  
• Excellent communication and people management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.    
• Excellent writing and editing skills.  
• Detail oriented, analytical and exceptional critical thinking.  
• Experience using databases and public record resources.  
• Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, and customer focus.  
• Professional fluency in English and professional proficiency in a foreign language is a bonus.  
• Availability to work a full-time schedule with the understanding that additional hours and weekend work may be eligible for time and a half pay (OT).
