This position requires work to be completed within 110% of any Flat Rate times that are established as targets.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions.</li> <li>Remove and install parts, disassemble, and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Perform Caterpillar updates as directed by Caterpillar, Inc.</li> <li>Analyze all Caterpillar and allied product equipment systems and components for proper operation based on theory of design.</li> </ol> <ol> <li>Perform new and used equipment start-up for delivery to end-user.</li> </ol> <ol> <li>Effectively communicate with peers, leads and other staff members.</li> <li>Organize a job in a
