Network Onboarding Associate

We are looking for a Network Onboarding Associate to join our Network and Clinical Quality team at Talkspace. This role would be responsible for ensuring that incoming and current Talkspace providers are set up for success. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in mental healthcare and operations, and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. What You’ll Do

Onboarding Communications

• Support incoming and current Talkspace providers via Zendesk to ensure provider questions/concerns are resolved.
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with the network onboarding team to escalate issues and make new macros.
• Supply provider employee verification and provider income verification to past and current providers.
• Collaborate with team lead and Network Associate on any ticket trends or issues found in the application process.

Talkspace Application Process Coordination

• Complete daily tasks in Fountain to ensure a smooth and streamlined onboarding process for providers.
• Identify and escalate any bottlenecks in the onboarding process and collaborate on creating new solutions.
• Ensure provider offboarding is complete weekly.
• Edit provider headshots to follow Talkspace branding guidelines.

Process Improvement

• Execute on any onboarding process improvement projects to streamline workflows.
• Suggest improvements to help the onboarding team to communicate effectively.
• Participate in data audits to ensure all Network data is orderly and up to date.
• Additional duties as assigned.

 

About You

• You have a BA/BS degree, or are actively enrolled in a secondary degree program.
• You are organized and have the ability to maintain a task list daily.
• You are a constant learner and are open to learning new platforms and systems.
• You are a concise and supportive communicator, in both a verbal and written modality.
• You are passionate about helping others, and want to be a part of a collaborative team.

Compensation 

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $55,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
